Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the petitioner's application and candidature being a merit candidate than 5th respondent and selecting the 5th respondent for the post of Anganwadi Worker contrary to the Notification dated 06.10.2015 issued the 3rd respondent and G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 24.08.2007 issued by the 1st respondent, for recruitment of Anganwadi Helpers/Mini Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Workers as illegal, irregular, irrational, without jurisdiction and offends articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to issue any appointment orders to 5th respondent and not to proceed any further in respect of vacancy notified for Anganwadi Helper for M Edigapalli Village, Lakkireddypalli Mandal, Kadapa District.
