ORDER :
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents increasing the tentative cost of the L.I.G building from Rs.11,75,000/- to Rs.15,00,000/- by his letter dated 10-10-2014 as illegal, null, Void and Arbitrary and violation fo Fundamental Rights including without any basis and consequently direct the respondents to adhere to the original Notification vide KDP/NLR/EE/NLR/2012 dated 16-04-2013 in all aspects including tentative cost of the house and pass….”
