Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in terminating the authorization without proper enquiry as unreasonable, unjust, arbitrary against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 20-10-2014 for authorization of Fair Price Shop No.28 at Kandarada Village of Pithapuram Mandal, East Godavari District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice.
