Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ order or direction more particulary one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in seizing the vehicle bearing No. AP04-X-1775 by conducting Panchanama Dated . 06-06-2023 is as illegal, improper arbitrary and without any power of authority under law and violation of Article 19(1 )(g) of the Constitution of India and thereby consequently direct the Respondents to release the vehicle bearing No. AP04-X-1775.

Sri G.Raju, Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has submitted a copy of the Written Instructions bearing Ref.No.l(2)/200/2023, dated 17.06.2023 indicating that the Primary Authorities have passed an Order on 14.06.2023 to furnish a bank guarantee for Rs.4,00,000/-.

Since the Primary Authorities have passed the above said Order, this Court is of the opinion that no further Orders are required in the present case.

Accordingly, 'the present Writ Petition' is , disposed of. No order as to costs.
