Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action on the part of officials of Respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with Petitioners' cultivation activities there by issuing directions to them to not enter their respective Agriculture Lands in Survey No.84-18/A respectively each admeasuring an extent of Ac 0-22 Cents situated at Gangam Palli (v), Gorantla (M), Sri Sathya Sai District as illegal and arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of rights of citizens envisaged under the articles of Constitution of India as Illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the officials of Respondents 3 and 4 to not to interfere with Petitioners' cultivation activities with respect to their respective Agriculture Lands in Survey No.84-18/A respectively each admeasuring an extent of Ac 0-22 Cents situated at Gangam Palli (v), Gorantla (M), Sri Sathya Sai District.
