The Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/ Accused No.6 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.01 of 2023 of Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District.

As submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, since the investigation is at nascent stage and in view of the nature and gravity of accusations that has been made against the petitioner and others, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. More so, the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner herein in Crl.P.No.407 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 31.01.2023 and there are no changed circumstances for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
