ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd respondent in resorting to enforce exparte decree passed against third party in OS.No.197 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022 on the file of VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, against the petitioner and thereby trying to evict the petitioner from the business place as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the petitioner’s business showrooms on the guise of enforcing the decree.
3rd respondent filed counter affidavit wherein in Para 5 of the affidavit, it is stated that, the Inspector of Police never indulged in the civil dispute between the writ petitioner and the 4th respondent and further he will not make any attempt to settle any civil dispute between them.
In view of the above said affidavit and recording the same,
this Court feels no orders are necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
Writ Petition shall stand closed.
