The further case of the petitioner is that the petitioner herein filed O.A.No.8104 of 2007 before the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad challenging the action of the respondents in not following the G.O.(P).No.44, Education Department Dated 10.05.2002 for preparing the selection list. In pursuance of the orders passed in O.A.Nos.8104 of 2007 along with O.A.Nos.7765 of 2007 and Batch dated 01.07.2008, the District Educational Officer/5th respondent herein issued proceedings dated 13.07.2009 by which the petitioner was appointed as Grade-II Telugu language pandit and posted at Z.P.H.S. R.B.Puram, Peddapuram Mandal. Since the date of his appointment the petitioner has been discharging his duties regularly and the petitioner was also promoted as School Assistant (Telugu) vide proceedings dated 30.10.2019. It is submitted that the petitioner’s appointment was made after twenty (20) months from the date of appointments of DSC-2006. Due to administrative delay, the petitioner has been loosing one increment every month for which the petitioner is entitled on par with the selected candidates of the DSC-2006 notification. In view of the same, the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 18.11.2019 to all the respondents for redressal of his grievance. But no action has been taken so far. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
