ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“ to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the transfer application of the Petitioner, bearing ID No.960076, dated 16-12-2022 and the representation of the petitioner dated 18-08-2022 seeking his transfer from Government High School, Railway Kodur, Annamaya District to Government High School (Blind), at Kadapa, as per Annexure 7 in G.O.Ms.No.187, School Education (Service.II) Department, dated 10-12-2022 under seniority category, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to Transfer Guidelines, against the principles of natural justice, and in violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and for other appropriate reliefs, and consequently direct the respondents to consider the transfer application of the Petitioner, bearing ID No. 960076, dated 16-12-2022 and the representation of the petitioner dated 18-08-2022 seeking his transfer from Government High School, Railway Kodur, Annamaya District, to Government High School (Blind), at Kadapa and to pass such other order or orders..”
