said scheme, as illegal, arbitrary etc., and for consequential directions.
the respondents concerned to record the ground stage of houses and generate bills and also release the petitioners’ bill as per their eligibility, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
