This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, is filed seeking the following relief/s:

“ … pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the amounts payable to the petitioner under Token No.2023-182151 (Old Number:2022-2558178) to a tune of Rs.6,40,184/(Rupees Six Lakhs Forty Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Four only) for the work providing Medical Oxygen Gas Pipe Line for 30 beds at Shaik Raja Saheb Community Health Center, Kothapeta in Krishna District vide agreement No.27/EE/APMSIDC Division/NJA/2021-22 Dt.10.08.2021 and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and also in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to release the bills to the petitioner in the interest of justice and pass…”

4, 5 and Sri Chittem Venkata Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APMSIDC appearing for respondent Nos.3 & 6.

Sri Chittem Venkata Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APMSIDC, on written instructions dated 07.10.2023, submitted that the bill amount of the petitioner after statutory deductions has been admitted by the authorities and the bill is waiting for fund clearance. He also submitted that this Court, vide order dated 28.06.2022 in Writ Petition No.17411 of 2022, granted six (06) weeks time for payment of the bill amount and prayed to consider this Writ Petition in similar lines.

To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection.

In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at admission stage, in terms of the orders passed in W.P. No.17411 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to release the admitted/legally entitled amount to the petitioner at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of six (06) weeks’ from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
