ORDER :-
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, is filed seeking the following relief/s:
“…..pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents withholding the payment of final bill amount Rs.21,65,818/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen only) even after finalizing the bills payable to the petitioner in relation to the work i.e., Urgent Repairs to Link road between Yelamanchili-Gajuwaka road and Parawada-Asakapalli road from 0/0 to 0/473 in Anakapalli District”, vide agreement No.203/2022-2023 dated 02.02.2023 is questioned as the same is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider for payment of net amount Rs.21,65,818/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen only) with interest 24 % per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above mentioned work forthwith….”
