Even on 20.12.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to 28.12.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". . •
Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation. It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in the present case.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.Nocosts.
