This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2015, seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner’s representation 28.7.2015 submitted for correction in respect of the “House No./Sy No ■ ” in the license issued in Form-ll, dated 20.6.2014 i in Ref. N0.2496/94/G6 as “80/4” instead of “187” si situated in Kalluru R. S. Village, Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapuram District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2^^^ respondent to correct the survey number as “ 80/4” in place of “187” in renewal license issued to the petitioner.
- Today when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, produced a copy of instructions dated 19.12.2023 received from the District Forest Officer, Ananthapuramu, wherein it i IS stated that the application of the petitioner dated 28.07.2015 was considered and in response to the said application, the Divisional Forest Officer, Ananthapuramu has issued proceedings vide

Rc.No.2496/94/G6 Dt. 10.08.2015 marking a copy to the petitioner herein, informing that settling family disputesand civil disputes will not come under the purview of Forest Department and that the Freest Department will onlyissue license renewal to the sawmill and that he can settle the issue of their property in the Court of law. A copyofthesaid proceedings are filed along with the instructions and the same is acknowledge by the petitioner.
- Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if
any, shall also stand closed.
