This writ petition is filed assailing the order passed by the 2^nd respondent (Appellate Authority) dated 08.07.2019, in D.Dis No.3533/2018/C, and proceedings of the 3^rd respondent (Primary Authority) in RC.No.579/2006/A dated 20.11.2018, whereby the claim of the petitioners for Ryotwari patta was rejected.

Heard Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioners. He would submit that against rejection order, dated 08.07.2019, passed by the appellate authority i.e., the 2^nd respondent herein under Section

14(A) of the A.P Inams (Abolition & Conversion into Ryotwari) Act 1956 (for short “the Act”) revision would lie to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.

Learned Senior Counsel would submit that petitioners may be given liberty to file revision before the authority.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies under Section 14(A) of the Act before the appellate authority within a period of three (3) weeks from today. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
