ORDER;
There is no representation for the petitioner on 14.06.2023, 27.06.2023 and on 18.07.2023 and hence, the matter is directed to be listed on 25.07.2023 under the caption ' “For Dismissal”.
On 25.07.2023, when the matter is called. Sri P.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri N.Venkata Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time on the ground of inconvenience and hence, the matter is directed to be listed on 08.08.2023.
Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner either in the Forenoon or Afternoon. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Therefore, Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this case, shall
stand closed.
