Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents in contemplating to construct Grama Sachivalayam and Raitu Bharosa Kendram and its allied godowns without protecting the same for Cattle easing and grazing purpose in an extent of Ac.5.51 Cents covered by Survey No. 49-4 of Kellampalli Revenue Village, Mundlamuru Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and violative of provisions of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, BSO 15 of The Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Coristitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to protect the aforesaid grazing land without constructing said buildings nor allot the same for any other purpose.
