ORDER:
At the time when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had requested this Court to withdraw the present writ petitions, with liberty to file fresh writ petitions, in view of the consequential developments in the case.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as
withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
