As per the status in Case Information System (C.I.S),it is shown that the suit O.S.No.16 of 2016 was decreed with costs on 05.07.2019. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this C.R.P.
The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed, as infructuous.
