It is represented by Ms. B. Sri Deepthi, learned counsel, that the dispute in the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and hence, sought for withdrawal of the C.R.P. Recording the said submission, permission to withdraw the C.R.P. is accorded.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No
costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
