ORDER:
The petitioner had filed O.S.No.153 of 2021 before the Learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, for declaration of permanent injunction against the respondents in relation to the suit schedule property. The petitioner had also filed I.A.No.134 of 2021 in O.S.No.153 of 2021 for grant of temporary injunction. This application has not been disposed of.

with a direction to the Learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, to consider and dispose of the said application witin a period of three monts from the date of receipt of this order. Notice to the respondents is waived in the present case and the said order is ony for early disposal of the application and is not an order on the merits of the case. There shall be
no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
