ORDER :
Aggrieved by the non disposal of the application in I.A.No.856 of 2022 in O.S.No.259 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner filed I.A. on 08.08.2022 and it is coming up for counter and the balance of convenience is totally in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed the suit for eviction of the respondent from the plaint schedule property and the same is pending. However, the Trial Court has not disposed of the impugned I.A. and suit. Hence, he requested this Court to give a direction to the Trial Court for speedy disposal of I.A. and
suit.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall
stand closed.
