Learned counsel for the petitioners reported that C.C.No.850 of 2016 (Crime No.97 of 2016) and under Section 417, 420, 506, r/w 34 IPC, 3 86 4 of D.P. Act 1968, Police Station Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam District was ended in acquittal.
In view of the representation made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
