The present criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.109 of 2016 dated 26.11.2016 of Bantumilli Police Station, Krishna District.
Learned counsel Assistant Public Prosecutor reported that after investigation the police have filed the chargesheetand after commencement of the trial, the Court below acquittedtheaccused.
In view of the representation made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition isdismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
