ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition was filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 115 of 2015, dated 17.08.2015 before Yemmiganur Town Police Station, Kurnool District. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Public Prosecutor Office reported that while pending the presentcriminal petition, the police have investigated the case and referred the matter as civil in nature.
In view of the representation made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Public Prosecutor Office, nothing remains survives in the present Criminal Petition toadjudicate.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
