The present criminal petition was filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.394 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandaluru.
- Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Public Prosecutor Office submitted that C.C.No.394 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandaluru, was settled before the Lok Adalat on 26.06.2022 in the District Court.
- In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, nothing remains to adjudicate in the present criminal petition.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis
Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
