It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR and subsequently, the police had laid charge sheet after due investigation. Now, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Hon'ble Court for liberty, to assail the said charge sheet.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to assail the charge sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
