The present criminal petition was filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.39 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhone, Kurnool. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Public Prosecutor Office submitted that C.C.No.39 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhone, Kurnool, was settled before the Lok Adalat on 11.09.2021 in the District Court.
- In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, nothing remains to adjudicate in the present criminal petition.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is closed.
