ORDER:-
In view of the letter dated 29.04.2022 given by Smt.Y.Anupama Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition, on the ground that the petitioner was died, the matter is listed under the caption “for withdrawal”.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
There shall be no order as to costs.
