ORDER :
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India for the following relief:-
“ to issue a writ or order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Art 226 of Constitution of India declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent not releasing the retiral benefits of Gratuity, Earned Leave and Back Wages of the petitioners late father having received the death certificate legal heir certificate and representation from the petitioner even after lapse of six 6 years keep on pending the issue is, as illegal, arbitrary and void Consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to release the terminal benefits as the petitioners late father is entitled and pass such other order or orders…… .”
