ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Government Pleader for Home.
According the report filed by the newly appointed Investigation Officer, the investigation has already been completed and he has arrived at certain conclusions. The officer is present before this Court and it is stated by him that he will filing a final report after obtaining approval from his superiors.
He is directed to immediately secure the necessary approvals, if needed and file the report before the concerned authority/Magistrate preferably within two weeks from the date of this order. As the order is being dictated in the presence of the officer and certified copy is being issued immediately, necessary actions should be done within the stipulated period.
It is left open to the petitioner to agitate his rights and his objection with the report, if any before the appropriate forum.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if
any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
