ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration.
The instructions given by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue show that the suit in O.S.No.354 of 2014 which was on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa has already been disposed of on 13.02.2019. The pendency of this suit was the reason for the non registration of the document.
In view of the instructions given by the learned Government pleader for Stamps and Registration, the respondent No.2 is directed to take immediate steps to complete the registration of the document kept pending for registration in P.No.85 of 2014. This order should be complied with within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is allowed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
