COMMON ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Learned Additional Advocate General and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
In the counter affidavit filed, the State has taken a specific plea that the PV proposals submitted for acquisition of land of the petitioners were returned by the officers concerned because the writ petitioners have not submitted their original DKT forms etc., to complete the land acquisition proceedings.
After reading the counter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are willing to submit their DKT forms, Adangals etc.
Without pronouncing anything on the merits of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit the original DKT pattas and other documents required for the land acquisition proceedings.
The respondents shall then decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law. The process should be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if
any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
