ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"..... to issue order, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the respondent No.4 in not incorporate name of the petitioner in the revenue record in respect of the the land in Sy. No.24/3, an extent of Ac.1.74 Cts and RS No.46/2 an extent of Ac.1.63 Cts, situated at P. Rajavaram, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Book Act and consequentially direct the Respondent No.4 to incorporate the name of the petitioner as per the orders of the RDO in ROC No.555/2011, dated:03.09.2011 and to pass such other order or orders..."

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions urged in the petition.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue would

submit that, if the petitioner submits an application in proper mode, the authorities will consider and deal with the same in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned

Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit appropriate application through Mee-seva on payment of requisite fee, enclosing document vide ROC.No.555/2011, dated 03.09.2011, for incorporating the name of the petitioner in the revenue record in respect of the subject land as mentioned above, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the 4^th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of four (4) weeks, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
