This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"..... to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 including the lands of the petitioners situated in Sy. Nos.606/1 to an extent of Ac.7-56 cents of Navuluru village, H/o Yerrabalem, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District through pro-forma notification i.e. Rc.No.1040/2011-A dt.04/11/2011 sent to the 5^th respondent without notice and opportunity to the petitioners and without giving any kind of information to the 5^th respondent as directed in batch of writ petitions in W.P. No.30526/2012 dated 31.12.2012 and also another direction given in batch of writ petitions in W.P. No.15438/2014 dated 28.04.2014, as intentional, illegal, arbitrary, malafidy, and abdication of their duties, contrary to the directions in W.P. No.30526/2012 and W.P. No.15438/2014 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 and particularly respondent No.4 to delete the lands of the petitioners situated in Sy. No.606/1 to an extent of Ac.7-56 cents of Navuluru village, H/o Yerrabalem,

Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District from the notification i.e. Rc.No.1040/2011-A dt. 04/11/2011 issued U/s 22(A)1(a) of A.P. Stamps & Registration Act and to pass such other order or orders..."

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contentions urged in the petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue stated that the Government constituted a Committee to consider the grievances of persons affected by the Notifications under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 regarding registration of prohibited properties, as per the orders dated 23.12.2015 passed in W.A.Nos.232 of 2012, 352 of 2013 and 343 of 2015, vide G.O.Ms.No.300, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 05.07.2016.

Learned Government pleader would further submit that if the petitioners submit appropriate application in proper mode through Mee-seva on payment of requisite fee/charges to delete the subject properties from the list of prohibited properties notified under Section 22-A of Registration Act, the authorities concerned will deal with the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it suffice to dispose of the writ petition,

leaving it open to the petitioners to make appropriate application through Mee-seva on payment of requisite fee for denotifying the subject property from the list of prohibited properties notified under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and on receipt of any such application, the concerned authorities are directed to consider for deletion of the subject lands as mentioned above, from the prohibited property list maintained under Section 22-A of Registration Act, 1908 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is

disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
