Heard Sri Jada Srvan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing respondents.

At the outset the grievance of the petitioners as ventilated by their counsel is that the pursuant to the proceedings of 4^th respondent vide Roc.No.e-1735388/2019/B, dated 15.09.2021 cancelling new Sy.No.188 in Komatigunta Village created by the then Tahsildar, Gopalpuram /5^th respondent, consequential action was not taken-up by the 5^th respondent to delete the survey number 188 from the records.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produces written instructions in Roc.No.105/2022/A, dated 12.03.2022 issued by the 5^th respondent wherein it is mentioned that as per the orders of the 4^th respondent, he issued proceedings in Roc.No.58/2022, dt: 31.01.2022 for cancellation of Survey No.188 of Komatikunta Village of Gopalapuram Mandal and he cancelled the Survey No.188 from the webland adangal of Komatikunta Village of Gopalapuram Mandal and also took further action in the matter to issue pass books to Jonnalagadda Naga Mohan and writ petitioners and in this regard the Mandal Surveyor, Gopalapuram has conducted enjoyment survey and Jonnalagadda Naga Mohan and writ

petitioners have failed to show the boundaries of the lands in their enjoyment in R.S.No.1/2 and further, there is a dispute between Jonnalagadda Naga Mohan and writ petitioners. It is further stated in his written instructions that in the above circumstances, he issued endorsement No.422/2021/A to the Jonnalagadda Naga Mohan to settle the dispute in a Civil Court. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not received the aforesaid endorsement said to be passed by the 5^th respondent.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5^th respondent to forward a copy of the endorsement in Roc.No.422/2021/A passed by him to the petitioners within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order so as to enable them to take further legal course of action. No costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
