ORDER:
In view of the letter dated 04.03.2022 filed by the learned counsel for petitioner before the Registry, requesting to post the matter under the caption “For withdrawal”, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
