ORDER:
After making a preliminary argument, on the enquiry by the Court as to the maintainability of the writ petition in the present form, learned counsel, Smt.Nimmagadda Revathi, representing on behalf of Sri Sarath Kumar.D, learned counsel for petitioners on record, submits that the present writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate legal proceedings in a civil court of law.
Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners, this writ petition is closed and if the petitioners are advised, they can take out appropriate legal proceedings before the Civil Court of law in accordance with the governing laws. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
