ORDER:
The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his land bearing D.Form Patta No.445, dated 05.04.1961, admeasuring an extent of Acres 5.00 cents situated in Survey No.113 of Chinnamushidiwada Village, Pendurthy Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction.
Hence, the writ petition.
