ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing on behalf of the respondents.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that on the petitioner’s application No.RMU012107880479 submitted through mee-seva portal on 17.11.2021 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land in an extent of Acres 0.22 cents situated in Survey No.83/5 of Lolugu Village, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakualm District, the 4^th respondent in the message sent by him simply stated against the caption status as ‘rejected’ without assigning any reasons and thereby, the petitioner is deprived of the opportunity of proceeding against the rejection order as he is unaware of the reasons for refusal of the petitioner’s application.

Having found force in the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the impugned rejection order is set aside with a direction to the 4^th respondent to pass a reasoned order on the application No. RMU012107880479 of the petitioner and if he rejects the application, shall assign the reasons so as to enable the petitioner to take further legal course of action available to him. This exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
