ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri K.V.L.Narasimha Rao and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Thandava Yogesh, learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of.

Admittedly, cross civil suits are pending between the petitioners as well as unofficial respondents 5 to 8 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram. Now, the apprehension of the petitioner is that the official respondents at the instance of the unofficial respondents are trying to mutate their names in the concerned records.

In that view, the 4^th respondent is directed to record the subject properties in the Disputes Register or other relevant register stating that suits in respect of those properties, O.S.No.182 of 2019, O.S.No.307 of 2019 and O.S.No.26 of 2019 are pending on the file of III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8, so as to preserve the status of the properties pending lis.

With the above direction and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of either side, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the parties to agitate their rights before the concerned Civil

Court. No costs.
