ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Sri A.Chandraiah Naidu and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing on behalf of the respondents.

1. Having regard to the facts involved in this case, this Court considers it apposite to give liberty to the petitioners to submit an application to the 4^th respondent seeking issuance of house site pattas in respect of the subject land covered by Survey No.49/1 of Damineedu Village Accounts, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, within three weeks from today, in which case, the 4^th respondent shall consider their applications and after affording opportunity of hearing and conducting suitable enquiry as contemplated under governing law and rules, pass an appropriate order in accordance with the governing law and rules expeditiously but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioners. Till then, all concerned shall maintain status quo obtaining as on today with reference to subject land.

1. With the above observations, this writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
