In all these cases, petitioners had been granted old age pension earlier. Subsequently, the pension being paid to the petitioners had been stopped. Aggrieved by the stoppage of pension, the petitioners have approached this Court, by way of the present set of writ petitions. As the sanctioning authority for all the petitioners is the Mandal Parishat Development Officer (MPDO), Pusapatirega Mandal, Vizianagarm District, the writ petitions have been disposed of, by way of this common order.

The 5th respondent upon such material being placed before him, shall pass necessary orders either accepting the objections of the petitioners or rejecting the objections of the petitioners. The said exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of objections by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
