The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4^th respondent in mutating the names of the unofficial respondents 5 and 6 fraudulently in web-land records in respect of the subject property admeasuring Acres 2.64 cents situated in Survey Nos.1002/1, 1002/2 and 1003 of Ukkayapalle Village & Post, Kadapa Mandal, Kadapa District, which were assigned to the petitioner on 17.08.1981 and trying to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law and delete the names of the respondents 5 and 6 in the concerned web land records.

Heard Sri Pita Raman, learned counsel, representing on behalf of Smt.Priyanka Sonkamble, learned counsel for petitioner on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Notice ordered to respondents 5 and 6 yet to be returned. However, having regard to the nature of the prayer, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

At the outset, the submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner submitted representation dated 16.12.2021 to the District Collector, Kadapa – 2^nd respondent and the same is pending consideration and no order has been passed so far.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation dated 16.12.2021 of the petitioner and after giving notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6 and all other concerned and after conducting a due enquiry by receiving the objections/statements of the petitioners as wells as respondents 5 and 6, pass an appropriate order in accordance with the governing law and rules expeditiously but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such exercise is completed, in respect of the subject property admeasuring Acres 2.64 cents situated in Survey Nos.1002/1, 1002/2 and 1003 of Ukkayapalle Village & Post, Kadapa Mandal, Kadapa District, all concerned shall maintain status quo obtaining as on today. No costs.
