ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 15.12.2021, 22.12.2021 and on 03.01.2022, during physical hearing. Hence, the matter is listed today, under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, when the matter is called through video conference, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
