ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a crime has been registered against the petitioner, permission will be granted for withdrawing the writ petition to enable the petitioner to avail of his remedies.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
