ORDER:
C.C.No.242 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram, filed against the petitioner was quashed by this Court by an order dated 22.04.2022 in Crl.P.No.2962 of 2022. However, the money seized from the petitioner in the course of investigation of the said case does not appear to have been returned.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
