ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries, learned Government Pleader for revenue, learned Government for irrigation and Sri S. Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned standing counsel for 5th respondent. Perused the material available on record.

Thereafter also, the petitioner’s society is under cultivation of the tank expecting the renewal. As the petitioner did not receive any information, he made representations to the respondents on 01.09.2022 and 05.09.2022 for renewal of leasehold rights for carrying fishing activities of Chittivalasa Pedda Cheruvu, Bhimili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. As the request of the petitoner is not considered, aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Cheruvu, Bhimili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.776 Food and Agriculture (FISH.II) department, dated 31.12.1990 and other relevant rules applicable to this issue within a period of two (2) weeks from today and communicate the decision/order to the petitioner forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
