ORDER:-
This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief:
“to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment of the property of 484 sq. yards along with the residential house and a room situated in Sy.No.652/1B of Panapakam Village, Panapakam Gram Panchayat, Chandragiri Mandal, Chittor District, without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India”.

“ I submit that as I am not concerned with the jurisdiction of Ramanappagaripalli. I am nothing to do with the allegations made in Para Nos. 4 to 6 of the Affidavit. As I am not concerned with the property claimed by the Writ Petitioner, the allegations of sending my sub staff on 15.11.2010 for measuring the property is does not arise.”
