ORDER:
This writ petition has been filed against the action of the respondents in not paying the admitted amount of Rs.49,59,033/- for the supply of 12 four wheelers to the beneficiary fishermen under the SCC Action Plan 2018-2019.
During the course of hearing, today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received the amount and no further orders are required in this writ petition.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
